Who We Are |
| "WE",
are Dave and Patricia Truitt of Hope Chest Ministries, a non-profit
ministry. We have been married for almost 2 years now. Between the two
of us, we have five daughters. Their ages range from 14 to 28. At the
time, we have inherited one of our daughter’s dogs, Andie. Our
daughter is relocating to another job, and cannot take Andie with her.
Anybody need a sweet, loving dog? Just kidding. My husband once had a
dream of a radio ministry, and that dream became a reality almost over 1
½ years ago. We currently host a radio ministry every Sunday morning on
a local country western station. Life can be very hectic within the
Truitt household, but God does indeed bless us, and we seem to get
things done. (We think) Many, many, thanks and praises go out to our
friend Barbara Burnett for our beautiful website. Bless you Barbara!!!
I come from a mixed Irish/Portuguese/English family. My husband graduated from Texas A&M, so that tells you a lot already. Just kidding, again. To sum it all up, "WE" are simply ordinary, humble servants of our Lord. Dave and I have witnessed many wonders of God’s creation, and we want to share our experiences. We have dealt with so many things in our lives, and we are open-minded about all of them. We are on a journey. Come, and explore with us. Always in the love of Christ, Dave & Patricia Truitt |
